With the Star Finder, use the +1/+10/-1/-10 to adjust the azimut of Aldebaran to 180°. Note the time (18h45). Take a shot of Aldebaran at this time : for example Hv=55°40'.

Your latitude is : Lat = (90 - Hv) + DEC
Lat = (90 - 55°40) + 16°32 = 34°20 + 16°32 =50°52

Very simple !
